WHAT happened to the lunch trucks that everyone was loving, at the four corners in Lodi?? Now there are horrible, ugly, concrete barriers! Who should I write or call? I have already talked to several local businesses.

Dan the Hot Dog man has moved to Koltes Do It Center parking lot. Larry Lane is selling his produce at Lodi Kwik Mart. I know the city put the barriers in place you may want to start there.
